DESCRIPTION: The Relapse Prevention Group consists of four levels of six-week
group sessions and is designed with the following goals and objectives:
- To help clients maintain abstinence by providing them with skills and knowledge to anticipate, identify and manage high-risk situations.
- Teach clients how to identify and change thinking, beliefs and behaviors that contribute to relapse.
- Assist clients in recognizing urges, cravings and triggers that may lead to relapse.
- Help clients to develop healthy life pleasures and joy activities that support and reinforce current abstinence.
- Assist clients in preparing a relapse prevention plan and emergency contact plan.

class. Clients may begin at any time without regard to the session currently being
covered.
Program Fee: $30.00 per session plus a one time $20.00 materials fee.
