About Rangeview
Our Philosophy
Rangeview Counseling Center is a safe place where clients can explore life issues. Treatment is matched to meet the needs and goals of each client.
Our programs and treatment strategies emphasize Cognitive Behavior Theory (CBT). We help clients maximize treatment success by examining the thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs they have that caused unfavorable outcomes.
Counselors guide and motivate clients in how to best use their strengths and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Rangeview Counseling Center staff are professionally licensed therapist and/or certified addiction counselors. Our agency is licensed and regulated by the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health.
Our History
Rangeview Counseling Center was founded in Boulder in 1987 by Ken Singer. Starting out in a basement office, Ken Singer and Masha Gisetti expanded the business, opening branches in Longmont and Fraser, while adding new programs and more groups in Boulder. In 2005, we moved to our present location at 1790 30th Street. Our agency now offers eight programs, offering services to adults and juveniles, serving both court-mandated and voluntary clients. We offer classes in partnership with University of Colorado, Boulder, and the Boulder County District Attorney's office. On July 21, 2010, our founder and clinic director, Ken Singer, died suddenly. We are committed to continuing his legacy at Rangeview. Click here to learn more about Ken.
